Takamatsu to Okayama

I finally have a moment to post some more photos from last week's travels.

Gorgeous flight into the stunningly hilly and green Takamatsu.

The 20 of us traveling together had literally 15 minutes to eat lunch on this day. Takamatsu is famous for their Udon noodles -- and rightly so!  They're so chewy and tasty here!  It would be so dangerous if I lived here because I might eat udon for every meal.

Then we took a 1.5 hour drive over the long, Great Seto Bridge into Okayama.

After an interview, I stepped outside and caught a glimpse of the Okayama Castle in the distance.

Then we headed to Okayama Station...

... to board the Shinkansen...

...whilst snacking on Momotaru "Peach Boy" senbei (rice crackers) that were almost too adorable to eat...

...on our way to Hiroshima.

love,
